Juleen was born and raised in Jamaica and has lived in several countries for the last six years. She moved to Canada in 2018 but previously lived in the "Land of the Rising Sun" - Japan for three years and prior to that the United States.

She has two degrees, one in Communications and Language and the other in International Relations. She also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Events and Marketing that she received from Seneca College.

She currently works as a Program Coordinator - Marketing and Communications for a small membership association in Ontario.

Juleen has travelled extensively and has dabbled in several professions such as Radio Talk-Show Producer, News-writer, HIV/AIDS Educator & Counsellor, English Teacher and Project Coordinator and Marketer.

Her endgame is to be a bestselling author and celebrated lifestyle blogger with the sole objective of creating written moments that last forever.

This blog and website is an expression of her thoughts and opinions about life and the way she views the world.

The title of the blog, "Stuck In My Head" represents the ever present voices on subject matters that permeates her brainwaves 24/7 and maybe causes her to lose sleep every now and then. It is the world through her eyes.
